We have imported fully automatic projectile looms (Make: SULZER Model: PU/390cms) with high pick insertion rate in our modernized setup. We are capable of producing wide variety of fabrics and all our fabrics meet the specific promised standards. In addition to that we have a large production setup for manufacturing.

We produce high quality fabrics from our Auto‐Loom and Semi – Automatic looms, about 800,000 meters per month. We can produce grey width from 39” inches upto grey width of 145” inches the typical GSM (weight in gms/sq mtr) varies from 100 to 450 GSM for grey fabrics. The counts used, ranges from Ne’s 6 (O.E) to Ne’s 100 (R.S). The typical qualities that we manufacture the grey fabrics are Duck, Drill, Oxford, Plain Gabardine, Twill, Stripes, Satin/Sateen, Reverse Satin, Cambric, Voiles and Dobby designs. Other than 100% Cotton grey fabrics (Ring Spun & OE), manufacture with Poly Cotton, Poly Viscose, Rayon, PVC, Spun Polyester thus increasing our product mix. We have highly skilled engineers for maintaining our machines and operators to yield the quality and quantity for sustaining our customers, domestically and worldwide and with advanced systems for fabric inspection. We also have a dedicated in-house inspection team for delivering high quality fabrics. As a part of our expansion plan in the future and to expand our manufacturing capacity, we are planning to install 50 more Automatic Projectile looms with 24 Airjet Looms along with a Sizing Machine and also to install about 10,000 spindles by to meet our yarn requirements making our manufacturing unit vertically integrated. This will enhance our in-house production capacity further by another 700,000 meters /month. As an environmental initiative we have installed Solar panels about 200 kW capacity and in addition to that we are also planning to install two 1 MW wind turbines in the future to reduce our carbon footprint.
